πββοΈ Coach Samantha β has a fartlek session planned. 4 laps. 4 lanes. 1600m in total. Each lap and lane is different to cater for our short and long sprinters and even our 800m superstars!
(Whatβs a fartlek? No, it is not something your brother does in the car on the way to Little Aths!).
πββοΈ Coach Jack β will be focussing on triple jump, so why not join him and triple your jumping fun?
πͺ Coach Steve β Shot put your way to glory! Coach Steve will be introducing glides and stepping across the circle for those advanced enough, with a focus on using your legs to generate power!
