Every group enters its own field results
Each age group is responsible for entering its own field event results on competition day. Any parent in the group can do it from a smartphone using the ResultsHQ app.
Track results are captured by our Electronic Timing system, so age group recorders only need to worry about field events.

Free download. Available on iOS and Android.

Entering results — the rules
A few simple rules that keep results accurate and the day running smoothly.
Only one parent should be logged in and editing results for your age group at any one time. Multiple simultaneous editors cause conflicts and lost entries.
Enter only the athlete's best result from their three attempts.
Leave their result blank, or move them to denominated in the app.
If an athlete records three fouls, select No Jump or No Throw.
Results must be entered before you leave the venue. Entries cannot be made from home after the competition has ended.
For record-keeping, paper results sheets must still be completed. After data entry, return them with the age group folder so results can be checked.
Early-season exception
During the early part of the season, you'll likely have athletes in your group who registered after the results sheets were printed. They won't yet be in the ResultsHQ system.
For these athletes, write their results by hand on the paper results sheet. The Records Officers will enter them into the system once you return the sheet.
