Registrations for the 2018/19 season are now open!

Registration

Little Athletics SA requires children to be registered with a Centre before being able to attend Association events. The registration fee covers both the summer program and the winter cross-country program, and includes insurance and administration costs. Unregistered athletes are not covered by insurance.

Come and Try

Athletes may ‘Come and Try’ with a maximum 2 attendances before deciding to register for the season. Please find more detail on our Come and Try page.

Membership

Once a child has turned 3 they can register in Tiny Tots. Any boy or girl can register for Little Athletics once 5 years of age. Athletes must participate in groups determined by their age at the 31st December. Age groups range from Under 6 to Under 17 in both boys and girls. Please see the Age Group Identifier to determine which age group your child will be in.

Season Fees for 2018/19

  • $150 for 1st athlete
  • $140 for 2nd athlete
  • $70 for 3rd athlete
  • $20 for 4th and subsequent athletes

Registration for the 2018/19 season

To register as a Little Athlete please register through the Little Athletics SA on-line registration system. All registrations must be completed online. Within a week or two, your membership pack will be available from the club.  Please ensure you pick up your membership pack from the registrar office window next to the canteen at the next home meet.  The pack will contain athlete registration number, age group & sponsor badges, which MUST be sewn onto your uniform top in the correct places. Registration Information for New Members

To register as a Little Athlete please finalise your registration through the on-line registration system here – Member Portal

This will take you to the Membership Portal where you are required to create a Parent Profile.  When complete follow the prompts and click on  Membership Registration on the left of the page. Ensure you select Plympton Little Athletics Centre. When ready to pay click on the Shopping Cart at the top of the page. Select the number of athletes then follow the prompts.  Print your registration confirmation and receipt and bring them with you to the registrar office window next to the canteen at the next home meet.

To re-register/renew as a Little Athlete please finalise your registration through the on-line registration system here – Member Portal

This will take you to the Membership Portal where you are required to login.  For previous members login and click on the Membership tab.  This will take you to the parent account page which you can update where applicable.  When complete follow the prompts and click on  Membership Registration on the left of the page.  When ready to pay click on the Shopping Cart at the top of the page. Print your registration confirmation and receipt and bring them with you to the registrar office window next to the canteen at the next home meet.

Sports Vouchers

Little Athletics SA accepts the SA Government Sport Vouchers. Vouchers can be redeemed at the end of the checkout process.

Where do your fees go?

Over half of the season fee is paid to Little Athletics SA. This allows the organisation to hold major events throughout the year, administer the association and insure all participating athletes and our equipment. The balance of these fees is used to administer the Plympton Flyers Little Athletics Centre including upgrading and replacing equipment, mowing and line marking the oval, purchasing trophies and medals at the end of each season and the hiring of experienced athletics coaches.
