Sprints Coach

Samantha began her athletics journey with Plympton in the U11s — winning Athlete of the Year, breaking a 100m state record, and setting five club records in the 100m, 200m and 400m that she still holds today.

Her coaching focus is to create an environment where young athletes develop sprinting coordination, build resilience, and understand the intent behind every drill and training session.
