Little Athletics is a fundamental skills development program designed to progress a participant’s skills and experience over time. Balance, coordination and technique are taught at an early age to enhance development and the participant’s enjoyment of the sport. Research shows that when a child can perform the skill correctly, both their enjoyment and achievement levels increase.
At Plympton Flyers Little Athletics we are committed to progressing an athlete’s development using age appropriate training techniques and programs that will help bring out the athlete’s potential.
MID WEEK TRAINING
Our training is focused on skill development for all participants. For the young and inexperienced it’s about mastering fundamental movements that later become the basis for good technique. While for the older and more experienced Little Athlete, it’s a chance to refine techniques that will lead to improved performance during competition. Training costs are included in your membership.

Thursdays 5.00-6.30pm at Henley Memorial Oval, Henley Beach
