Sprints: Coach Samantha will focus on sprint technique and starts this week, with lots of drills to remind little bodies what it is like to run really, really fast (with good technique)
Middle Distance: Coach Luke will be getting to know all of his new little athletes for his first session back with Plympton after many years.
Throws: Coach Steve will be focussing on mastering the basics early on.
Jumps: Coach Jack will be testing how long you can jump at the start of the season.
U6-U8s: President and Coach Miller will be taking the little ones through the basics of run, jump and throw with lots of fun activities.
