Welcome to Plympton Flyers Little Athletics
Plympton Flyers run a Sunday morning athletics program at Hamilton Secondary College from October through March.
We encourage children aged from U/6 to U/17 to strive to achieve their best in the full range of track and field athletic events.
Ages 3 & 4 are also catered for in our fun games and skills-based Tiny Tots program.
2025/26 Season registration is open!
The 2025/26 season starts on Sunday, October 12th 2025, @ 9 am.

Athletes may ‘Come and Try’ with a maximum of two Come and Try attendances before deciding to register for the season.
To register for Come and Try, visit the Sport:80 Member Portal, create your Family account and select Come and Try as the Product.

✈️ Plympton Flyers Tuesday Night Training ✈️5:00 – 6:00pm | U9+ First Training of 2026We’re taking off 2026 with a flying start — literally! 🪽 Tuesday night marks the first Plympton Flyers training session of the year, and it’s the perfect chance for our little athletes to jump, sprint and throw their way into the second half of the season.🏃♂️ What’s on the program? Our expert coaches are ready to get all our little athletes U9+ moving:Short Sprints with Coach Samantha — speed, speed and more speed – the session will focus on starts and maximal effort sprints (10-150m) Discus with Coach Steve Triple Jump with Coach Jack High Jump (Flop) - only U11+ with Coach ScottThis is your chance to help your athlete jump into 2026, race into the new year, and take flight in the second half of the season — no runway required! 😉👉 Lace up, bring a drink bottle, and let’s get this season back up in the air!
