With State Championships just around the corner, we know many parents (and athletes!) start feeling those end‑of‑season nerves. Don’t worry — we’ve got a focused, confidence‑boosting session lined up this Tuesday to help everyone feel prepared and supported. 💙💛
Here’s what’s on:
💥 Coach Steve – Shot Put or Discus (based on numbers)
💥 Coach Jack – Triple or Long Jump (based on numbers)
💥 Coach Samantha – Technique + speed in the final 30m of a race, plus a chat about warm‑up routines and how to stay calm, confident, and ready for race day (also a bit about how to deal with performances that don’t go the way we wanted them to).
This session is designed to help athletes sharpen their skills, stay relaxed, and build the self-belief they need heading into State Competitions. Parents — you can breathe easy. We’ve got them. 🙌
