🌟 Plympton Flyers – Tuesday Night Training! 🌟

Tuesday night training is ON for all athletes U9 and up, running 5:00–6:00pm!

Here’s what we’ve got lined up:

πŸ’₯ Shot Put – Coach Steve
πŸ’₯ Long Jump – Coach Jack
πŸ’₯ Hurdles – Coach Scott
πŸ’₯ Long Sprints – Coach Samantha will focus on maintaining technique under fatigue to help finish strong in all running events (with 90m and 150m reps, and for those Athletes who always want more, a medley sprint relay to finish)
