Skills before competition
On Track is designed to teach children skills before they're asked to perform them in a competitive environment.
The program is grounded in extensive research into how young children learn, giving our youngest athletes the strongest possible foundation for sport — at the club and well beyond.
Six benefits of On Track
Kids are on the go the whole session. No excessive waiting in lines or queues.
Skills only improve through repetition. Where a traditional session might offer three turns at long jump in a week, On Track delivers 63 turns at leaping and horizontal-jump exercises.
The focus is squarely on each individual's skill development. No winners, no losers — every child comes out ahead.
Activities are designed so kids are enjoying themselves throughout. Research shows young children learn best when they're stimulated through enjoyment.
No complicated rules, nobody gets disqualified, and it's easy for parents to lend a helping hand. Everything is shaped around how young children actually engage with sport.
All the action wraps up in 60–90 minutes.
