🏅 Coach Steve – Discus (Because throwing things is fun when it’s allowed!)
🏅 Coach Jack – Long Jump (Fly like Superman… but land safely!)
🏅 Coach Samantha – Sprint training with explosive crouch starts (Boom 💥 like a rocket!) and 30 -90m reps for speed demons.
