Tonight is not just any relay training night – you will run with your team in your official relay order, practising those slick baton changes and build that unbreakable team vibe!
Whether you are the lightning-fast starter, the smooth as silk middle runners or the anchor with nerves of steel- we need you there!
Attendance is a must – so mark your calendars, bring your best energy and let’s get relay ready!
Relay Team Managers will decide whether their teams will come out Tuesday 9 or Thursday 11 December (or both)!
