
Sprints: U9 and up – Coach Samantha will focus on longer sprint reps in a Swedish relay format – this will be a challenging session, so a good sleep and nutritious dinner will be essential.
Throws: U9 and up – Coach Steve will be guiding our Little Athletes through the basics of Shot Put.
Jumps: U11 and up – Coach Jack will help our Little Athletes learn the fundamentals of the Triple Jump.
U6-U8: Coach Scott will be taking little ones through the basics of run, throw and jump – this will be on demand, so if you intend on bringing out your Little Athlete for this session, please let us know via secretary@plymptonflyers.com.
