Weekly Training

October 14 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Sprints: Coach Samantha and Coach Kathy will focus on sprint technique and starts this week, with lots of drills to remind little bodies what it is like to run really, really fast (with good technique)

Throws: Coach Steve will be focussing on mastering the basics early on.

Jumps: Coach Jack will be testing how long you can jump at the start of the season.
