DESCRIPTION:👟 PLYMPTON FLYERS – SPECIAL HILL SPRINTS TRAINING NIGHT 👟 \nWe’re excited to invite our flyers to a special hill sprint session at CC Hood Reserve\, Eliza Place\, Panorama\, led by Coach Samantha. \n📍 Meeting point: CC Hood Reserve Public toilets\n⏰ Time: 5:00–6:00pm \n🏃‍♂️ Session focus: Short and long hill sprints \nWhy Hill Sprints for Young Athletes? \nHill running is a safe\, effective\, and age‑appropriate way to develop strong movement patterns in our little athletes. \n✅ Lower Impact\, Safer Running\nRunning uphill naturally reduces pounding through hips\, knees\, and ankles compared to flat sprinting — making it an excellent choice for growing bodies. \n✅ Better Running Technique (Without Overthinking)\nHills encourage upright posture\, strong knee drive\, proper foot placement.  Little Athletes learn correct sprint mechanics naturally\, without being told to “run faster”. \n✅ Strength Where It Matters\nHill sprints activate key muscles young athletes need for sport – glutes\, hamstrings\, calves\, core stability. \nWe look forward to seeing our Flyers take on the hills together 💙
