DESCRIPTION:✈️ Plympton Flyers Tuesday Night Training ✈️ \n\n5:00 – 6:00pm | First Training of 2026 \nWe’re taking off 2026 with a flying start — literally! 🪽\nTuesday night marks the first Plympton Flyers training session of the year\, and it’s the perfect chance for our little athletes to jump\, sprint and throw their way into the second half of the season. \n🏃‍♂️ What’s on the program?\nOur expert coaches are ready to get all our little athletes U9+ moving: \n\nHigh Jump (Flop) only U11+ with Coach Scott\nShort Sprints with Coach Samantha — speed\, speed and more speed – the session will focus on starts and maximal effort sprints (10-150m)\nDiscus with Coach Steve\nTriple Jump with Coach Jack\n\nThis is your chance to help your athlete jump into 2026\, race into the new year\, and take flight in the second half of the season — no runway required! 😉 \n👉 Lace up\, bring a drink bottle\, and let’s get this season back up in the air!
